- ABOUT FACTOR55 00080-05: The Flatlink E replaces the conventional winch hook with a stronger shackle/D-Ring mount, and folds neatly into the fairlead when not in use. Features include a precision shackle mounting hole and a folding design giving you a lower profile and allowing for a better approach angle than ProLink.
- FLATLINK SYSTEM TECHNIQUE: FlatLink doesn’t require splicing and is compatible with steel or synthetic ropes. It attaches with a super-strong aerospace-grade double-shear titanium pin and snap ring, which is easily installed in minutes. The EPDM rubber guards protect alloy fairleads, prevents rattling, and is securely attached to the FlatLink with four barbed tips.
- COMPATIBLE WITH CLOSED SYSTEM WINCHING: This product is compatible with Closed System Winching, a technique that uses rigging comprised entirely of closed-link hardware. With Closed System Winching you get the extra security and confidence needed to tackle the most demanding winch recoveries.
- TECHNICHAL SPECS: Large pear-shaped shackle mounting hole allows for attachment to either the pin or bow end of common screw pin shackles, as well as common OEM recovery points / Easy to install, FlatLink can be used with steel or synthetic winch lines up to 3/8” in diameter / The rope eye is retained in the FlatLink with a 5/8” diameter 6AI-4V grade V titanium / Precision machined from 6000 series billet aluminum, Military Specification Anodizing (Mil-A-8625 F Type III) hard anodized gray finish.
