The Commercial Series Gas Griddle boasts a triple-plated cooking plate, now available in 3mm and 6mm thicknesses. It sports a Texas Sea Glass Matte finish cooking surface and incorporates a new, hidden grease tray. This griddle features a push & spark ignition system and a removable, dishwasher-safe grease tray for easy cleaning. For enhanced safety, it's rated for both indoor and commercial use and has an improved internal gas combustion system. Crafted from 304 stainless steel with a cast-iron base plate, it features holes for grease disposal and a new Texas Sea Glass matte cooking surface finish. It's equipped with a push button ignition system and includes opposite gas orifices for easy conversion.
