These #8 x 2" long type 316 stainless square drive deck screws are more corrosion resistant than the standard 18-8 stainless steel screws. They have excellent resistance to chemicals and salt water and are a must for any ocean side or pool application. They have a curved neck that sinks into material, so they sit flush with the surface. The type 17 auger point easily penetrates softwood and plastic-wood composite decking materials. Length is measured from the top of the head to the tip of the point. You get 50 deck screws per pack.
